Renewable Energy Sales Consultant

At KACO new energy GmbH, we are dedicated to shaping the future of renewable energies. As a key player in the solar photovoltaic industry, we are now seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Spain.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue in the assigned territory. This involves reviewing operational business regularly, including forecast, inventory, and order backlog with assigned distributors/installers and project developers. You will also be responsible for coordinating customer support hand in hand with other departments' logistics, product management, offer management, and marketing.
As a Sales Engineer for Spain, you will be responsible for contract management, including discussing, negotiating, and tracking such agreements. You will also be tasked with monitoring and tracking KPIs regularly to evaluate the performance of customers. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to establish a good level of rapport with customers at all levels, including C-Level, through frequent customer visits.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have completed studies in the discipline of Electrical or Electronics Engineering (bachelor's or master's) or similar. You will also require solid experience in the solar photovoltaic industry, ideally with solar/hybrid inverters. Experience in Key Account & Product management and managing sales channels with distributors, EPC, and installers will be advantageous. You will be proficient in MS Office applications and Customer-Relationship-Management/SAP. Spanish language proficiency - spoken and written - is a must, while good command over English Language would be a plus. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are also essential.
