Office Manager / Sekretär der Geschäftsleitung (m/w/d)

Wir suchen eine engagierte und organisierte Person, die unsere Geschäftsführung und Büroleitung bei allen anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Terminplanung und Reiseplanung
  • Verantwortung für die professionelle Abwicklung des Sekretariats im CEO-Office
  • Koordination von Meetings und Events
  • Erstellung von Protokollen und Präsentationen
  • Unterstützung im zentralen Vertragsmanagement
  • Mitarbeit bei der Organisation von Inhouse-Veranstaltungen
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Idealere Erfahrung im Sekretariat auf Geschäftsleitungsebene oder in vergleichbarer Position
  • Selbstständiges, eigenmotiviertes und proaktives Arbeiten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationsgeschick
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen und Empathie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Microsoft-Office-Programmen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
