Software Development Engineer for Air Traffic Control Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Frequentis Comsoft, a leading provider of tailored solutions for global air traffic control authorities. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our multi-sensor data fusion and tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our software solutions, including requirements engineering, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Develop solutions for complex development topics by integrating a wide range of technologies.
- Support our international customers in the introduction and operation of our system solutions.
- Work directly with our customers to meet their high-quality and security requirements.
- Completed studies in computer science, physics, or a related field.
- Experience in system-related application development and LINUX is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Ada, C++, Java, Python).
- Commitment, creativity, independence, personal responsibility, diligence, and good English (spoken and written) skills.
- Experience with development tools (such as VS Code), version management tools (such as git), and DevOps processes & tools (such as ansible, docker, jenkins).
