Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Whitecollars. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our global sales territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with our service team to deliver tailored solutions and project implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in machinery sales, preferably within the PMI sector.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; German is advantageous, and additional languages are a plus.
