About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Professional to join our team at CBT - Caritas- Betriebsführungs- und Trägergesellschaft GmbH. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with resident care, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Perform advanced care procedures, including medication management and treatment care, as required.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a recognized geriatric nursing program or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
