Job Title: Marketing Working Student

At Ecolab, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Working Student to join our dynamic team in Monheim am Rhein. As a Marketing Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting our Marketing function and contributing to the development of our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of product introductions and updates, working closely with the Marketing Responsible and European Segment Managers.
  • Manage product lifecycle strategies, including phase in/out, sales & customer communication, and product documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization through a regional-wide approach to product use.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of short and long-term strategies for demand generation, leveraging ongoing market research, customer needs assessments, and customer and sales history analysis.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Leaders to define pricing tactics, including the design of Value pricing.
  • Provide leadership and marketing support to the Ecolab sales force, including sales tools, training, competitive intelligence, and actionable reporting.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in business administration with a specialization in marketing, communications, sales, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and German, with additional European language skills an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS365 tools, with SAP proficiency a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures.
  • Strong organizational skills, with good attention to detail and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a digital mindset and clear thinking.
