Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Kommunikationsfachmann, der unsere Organisation bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien unterstützt. Als Head of Strategic Communication werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und tragen dazu bei, unsere Position in der Öffentlichkeit zu stärken.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Teams: Leitung der Abteilung Strategische Kommunikation mit einem starken Fokus auf den Aufbau und die Steuerung der Teams.
  • Strategische Abstimmung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bereichsleitung, um die Kommunikationsstrategien der Bundesverbraucherhilfe kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicherzustellen.
  • Koordination und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien: Entwicklung und Koordination von übergreifenden Kommunikationsstrategien, die darauf abzielen, die Position der Bundesverbraucherhilfe in der Öffentlichkeit zu festigen und auszubauen.
  • Berichtswesen: Übernahme der Verantwortung für das Berichtswesen innerhalb der Abteilung. Sie stellen sicher, dass alle relevanten Informationen und Ergebnisse regelmäßig und präzise an die Bereichsleitung kommuniziert werden.
  • Krisenkommunikation: Leitung und Unterstützung des Teams Krisenkommunikation bei der Entwicklung von Krisenplänen und Notfallprotokollen.
  • Veranstaltungsmanagement: Unterstützung des Teams Eventmanagement bei der Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, die die Sichtbarkeit und das Ansehen der Bundesverbraucherhilfe in der Öffentlichkeit stärken.
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Kommunikation, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Marketing oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Bereich Kommunikation, idealerweise mit nachweislicher Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams.
