Job Overview

This role involves defining project HSE management strategies and activities across the project lifecycle from proposal phase to execution/completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HSE activities at project level are carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, client requirements, international standards, and company Environmental and Safety Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project HSE management strategy and activities among the project lifecycle
  • Assist company functions and project teams in dealing with clients on Health, Safety, and Environment issues
  • Evaluate compliance with applicable laws and regulations, client requirements, international standards, and company Environmental and Safety Standards
  • Cordinate with manufactory HSE teams to ensure compliance with company policy and project requirements
  • Evaluate vessel operation compliance with ISM Code rules, SOLAS, and MARPOL
  • Support project team in Risk Management process (e.g. HAZID, HAZOP)
  • Facilitate accidents/incidents investigation and analysis of accident/incident statistics
  • Conduct HSE audits both internal and external
  • Develop and perform project safety training programs
Requirements:
  • Completed technical studies in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Engineering
  • Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (Zertifizierte Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit) with experience in implementing safety measures
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in occupational safety and health protection within an EPCI work environment
  • Experience as an auditor for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
  • Advanced English skills and German at native or C1 level
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
