**Responsibilities**:
The position will be mainly in charge of the following duties:

- Provide advice and guidance on all safety, health, environmental and sustainability matters to the project team.
- Ensure that risks are identified and mitigated during the transportation, installation and commissioning for cable system.
- Ensure that permit and authorization related SHE matters are appropriately managed and included in the obligations register, through regular liaison, co-operation and collaboration with the Employer and Subcontractors.
- Ensure that the necessary SHEQS documentation is prepared and approved by the Employer.
- Work with the civil, the other cable contractor and subcontractors to establish overall aims and objectives for the project with a clear communications channel.
- Identifying, analysing and evaluating HSE risks.
- Guaranteeing safety and environmental aspects during the project
- Prepare reports on all aspects of SHE performance to SHE manager.
- Ensure that the project safety management plan is implemented, all non-conformances are reported to the SHE Manager.
- Participate in safety meeting, audit
- Organize safety training course for entering project to relevant personals.
- Monitor SHE work performed by the Contractors and other third party.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

**Essential**
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Experience in SHE supervisor more than 3 years
- Complete relevant safety education
- Software skill - MS Office
- Must be able to live and work in Germany (visa and valid working permit)

**Preferred**
- Work Experience in construction projects
- Work Experience in Power Cable Business and / or the Energy Industry

Special Conditions
- Flexible Working Time with core working hours 11:00 to 15:00
- The position requires work at construction site in Germany
