Join Freudenberg's Risk Management Team
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Officer to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for implementing and further developing our annual risk management reporting, including ESG risk management reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain risk management reporting templates and track reports from all reporting units.
- Evaluate and analyze reported risks, providing insights to the Risk Council, Management Board, and Audit Committee.
- Conduct ad hoc risk analyses on current topics and develop the Catalogue of Standard Internal Controls.
- Participate in projects such as risk analyses of specific business areas and implementing new regulations.
- Collaborate in the preparation of quarterly financial statements and annual reports, focusing on ESG and risk management issues.
Requirements:
- Completed university degree in economics or comparable training.
- At least 3 years of experience in group accounting, controlling, finance, or auditing.
- Excellent knowledge of risk management and control systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of figures.
- Very good knowledge of English, with another foreign language a plus.
