Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Specialist to join our team at DP World Australia. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and configuring workflow-based interfaces, managing middleware software, and ensuring seamless integration with our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure workflow-based interfaces, including mapping of standard formats and specific formats.
  • Manage middleware software, including maintenance and configuration changes.
  • Perform functional and integration testing, and provide detailed implementation and change documentation.
  • Proactively monitor alert notifications and resolve or escalate issues as required.
  • Collaborate with the team and internal/external customers to ensure smooth integration and communication.
Requirements
  • Completed professional training or Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science/computer engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience and knowledge in EDI message types and protocols, API-based communication, and EDI middleware (Lobster data and/or Boomi).
  • Experience in network technology and network security.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in following change management and change control processes.
