Job Summary
DP World is seeking a skilled Technology Integration Specialist to join our team in Duisburg, Germany. As a leader in global supply chain logistics, we offer exciting roles in a dynamic and innovative environment.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to design and configure workflow-based interfaces, including mapping of standard formats like EDIFACT, IDOC, JSON, X.12, XML and others. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of communication protocols like AS2, OFTP, SFTP and API, as well as experience in project management, functional and integration testing, and detailed implementation and change documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure workflow-based interfaces, including mapping of standard formats
- Develop and implement communication protocols like AS2, OFTP, SFTP and API
- Perform project management, functional and integration testing, and detailed implementation and change documentation
- Perform analysis of incidents and provide corrective actions
- Proactively monitor alert notifications and resolve or escalate as required
Requirements
- Completed professional training or Bachelor's degree in computer science/computer engineering or provable equivalent experience
- Experience and knowledge in EDI message types and protocols used for electronic data interchange and/or experience and knowledge in API-based communication
- Experience and knowledge in EDI middleware, especially Lobster data and/or Boomi
- Knowledge in network technology and network security
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in following change management and change control processes
- Experienced in working both as part of a team and independently
