We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst/Manager to join our Marketing & Communication team at Avantgarde Experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing global stakeholders and ensuring data delivery is timely and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global stakeholders, internally and externally, of global customer services contact centers to ensure data delivery is timely and accurate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data ingestion processes are running as required and data at the reporting layer is as expected.
  • Work across functions to collate data points from various data sources, consolidating into centralized sources and modeling for reporting purposes.
  • Identify and remediate data quality issues at pace to ensure minimal disruption to reporting and insights.
  • Become a subject matter expert on front-end customer service systems to ensure the systems are providing the required output and act as 'first line support' for global, regional, and local customer service stakeholders.
  • Support the wider Performance Management team with data transformations, global dashboard development/maintenance, and insights and ad-hoc analysis as required.

Requirements:

  • Several years of working experience with data and relevant tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of front-end Customer Service systems (Salesforce Service Cloud, Sprinklr, CTI's, Google Analytics).
  • Analytical skills, logical thinker.
  • Customer Service background, understanding of contact center environment.
  • Experience with website data, chat bots, YouTube, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and coordinate projects.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and data-driven.
  • Business fluent in English spoken and written.
