ONLY Stores is a dynamic and fashion-forward retail company that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our store, including sales, customer service, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily business operations, including sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets the company's standards and sales goals.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring a consistent and appealing store environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a fashion or luxury goods environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in retail management software a plus.
