Als Store Operations Manager unterstützt du den Shop Manager in allen Belangen des Stores und bringst deine Lösungsorientierung ein, um Strategien und Best Practices im Kundenservice gemeinsam mit dem Team umzusetzen.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Vertretung des Shop Managers im operativen Tagesgeschäft, wie z.B. Kasse, Lager, Visual Merchandising und Fläche, sowie möglicherweise Personalthemen wie Personaleinsatzplanung und Recruiting in Abstimmung mit deinem Store Manager.
Deine Leistungssteigerung der Filiale erfolgt durch professionelle Kundenberatung in Vorbildfunktion, effektives Teamwork und effiziente Abläufe unter Einhaltung unserer Retail Standards.
Als Mitverantwortlicher unserer Sales- und Kundenerlebnisziele übernimmst du die Verantwortung für KPI-Management und Verkaufsförderung.
Qualifikationen- Authentische, optimistische Persönlichkeit mit einem stark ausgeprägten unternehmerischen und offenen Mindset
- Proaktiver Markenbotschafter mit hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch: Sehr gut; Englisch: Grundkenntnisse)
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools, hohe Ambition sich weiterzuentwickeln, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie zeitliche Flexibilität
- Affinität zur Beauty-Welt, Kosmetikbranche oder Lifestylebranche und erste Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Mitarbeiterführung als stellvertretender Filialleiter (m/w/d), Assistant Shop Manager (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Position in einer serviceorientierten Branche (z.B. Einzelhandel, Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Tourismus)
