Job Summary

The Senior Automotive Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across all regions. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define sales strategies at account level and product/platform level
  • Closely work with Field Application Engineers (FAEs), Business Units, Supply Chain, and other internal functional teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Responsible for communication with customers about product features and roadmap to secure customer design wins
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience in selling automotive products
  • Proven track record of driving accounts from technology adoption through to qualification as an approved vendor at Tier1 and its customer(s)
  • Ability to close design wins and generate revenue growth in a fast-growing company
  • Strong execution skills, results-oriented, and ability to drive customers and the company to revenue generation
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education in other related areas
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to work well with team members and collaborate effectively across functional groups.
