We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist Rewards and Reporting to join our team at Hannover Re. As a key member of our Global Mobility team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global rewards and reporting structures.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the harmonization of Group-wide rewards and reporting structures, ensuring consistency and alignment with our global strategy.
- Design and implement competitive compensation ranges, structures, and schemes in line with market trends and promote sustainable corporate development.
- Run data analyses using modern analysis tools and statistical software to inform compensation decisions.
- Prepare reports and develop global key figures and their definitions, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Participate in international benchmark studies on total rewards, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Support the implementation, communication, and administration of guidelines, programs, and processes to foster total rewards.
**Requirements**
- Completed studies in economics, business administration, social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in human resources with a similar field of responsibility.
- Ability to independently analyze existing databases and prepare data processing.
- Confident handling of Excel and common statistical software, ideally experience with SuccessFactors.
- Business fluent in English and conversational German language skills.
- Affinity for numbers and analytical skills with attention to detail.
