Job Description

We're looking for a flexible and motivated Brand Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our brand strategy, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with our brand managers to drive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of our brand strategy for NEONAIL, Staylac, and NEO Make Up
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Support brand managers in steering and implementing marketing initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform the development of innovative marketing concepts
  • Collaborate on the design and activation of attractive point-of-sale displays
  • Support communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Assist the team with daily tasks
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a marketing, PR, communications, or related field
  • First-hand experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or care industry
  • Creativity and curiosity to develop and implement new ideas
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on our mission and target audience
  • Strong understanding of design, text, and language; excellent German and English skills
  • Independent and organized work style with a high level of teamwork
  • On-site presence in Berlin required (with flexible home office arrangement)
