Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Markenstrategie unserer Brands NEONAIL, Staylac und NEO Make Up
  • Mithilfe bei der Planung und Konzeption der Kommunikationsmaßnahmen unserer Marken sowie deren kanalübergreifende Umsetzung
  • Unterstützung der Brand Manager bei der Steuerung und Umsetzung der Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Recherche und Analyse von Trends zur Unterstützung der Entwicklung innovativer Konzepte
  • Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Aktivierung attraktiver POS-Gestaltungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation und Koordination mit relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei den täglichen Aufgaben
Qualifikationen
  • Laufendes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, PR, Communications oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing, vorzugsweise im Bereich Beauty oder Care von Vorteil
  • Kreativität und Neugierde, neue Ideen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
  • Strategisches Denken mit Blick auf unsere Mission und Zielgruppen
  • Gespür für Gestaltung, Text & Sprache; gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigenständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Teamfähigkeit
  • Vor-Ort-Präsenz in Berlin notwendig (mit flexibler Home Office Regelung)
