Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Engineer to join our team at 1790 SmithKline Beecham Pharma GmbH & Co KG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, from production to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues at our facility
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished products
  • Organize and supervise the operation of production equipment and machinery
  • Source and procure necessary materials and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with EHS and GMP regulations
  • Participate in projects to improve production efficiency and quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
Requirements:
  • Completed training as a Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent in electrical engineering with a mechanical background
  • Experience with control systems, electronics, and sensors is desirable
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures
  • Knowledge of GMP and hygiene practices is an asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
