Hemmersbach GmbH & Co. KG is a leading provider of innovative IT services, and we are seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team in Heidelberg.

About the Job

This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of a dynamic support team, delivering exceptional service and creating a positive user experience for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch technical support to our users in Heidelberg, handling all technical inquiries and issues with ease.
  • Take ownership of ticket resolution, utilizing your problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and effective solutions.
  • Install and configure hardware and software, playing an active role in IT projects such as rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support.
  • Analyze and document system and application errors, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in 2nd Level Support, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Proficiency in working with ticketing systems, ensuring seamless issue tracking and resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of the Windows environment, with a solid understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
