We are seeking a highly skilled Country Manager to lead our e-commerce efforts in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our French market.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze KPIs and develop strategies to improve market performance
- Manage the P&L and budget for the French market
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with our Campaign and Commercial teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement projects that drive business growth
- Optimize market performance and document project status
- Research and identify top player influencers in the beauty sector and evaluate their fit with our brand
- Adapt and publish social media content for the French market
- Degree or training in online marketing, business administration, business informatics, e-commerce, or similar
- First years of experience in e-commerce and a good understanding of P&L, interpreting common KPIs, and deriving measures to control them
- Excellent French skills and knowledge of the French market. Fluent English skills
- Analytical skills to identify trends and causes for changes in the figures
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at various levels
- Competitive salary band between 50,000€ and 65,000€ gross per year for a mid-level position, and 65,000€ to 85,000€ gross per year for a Senior position
- Permanent contract and benefits package
