About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team in the Department of Computational Hydrosystems. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and application of hydrologic models for simulating water resources at local, continental, and global scales. The focus will be on evaluating the performance of these models using observation-based datasets, and on developing new methods for model evaluation and improvement.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply hydrologic models for simulating water resources at local, continental, and global scales
  • Evaluate the performance of these models using observation-based datasets
  • Develop new methods for model evaluation and improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines to advance our understanding of hydrologic systems

Requirements
  • PhD in hydrological sciences, preferably with a focus on modeling
  • Proven programming skills in Bash and Python/R
  • Publication record is a plus
