IT Product Manager

At IONITY, we're shaping the future of e-mobility and seeking a skilled IT Product Owner to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you'll be responsible for a specific functional domain of our e-Mobility backend system.
Your MissionAs an IT Product Owner, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and other product owners to understand the product roadmap and translate that knowledge into further developing our backend. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Influencing the technical roadmap and its further development.
- Translating product features into detailed technical user stories for agile development teams.
- Creating, maintaining, and organizing the product backlog for incremental releases.
- Setting sprint goals, defining acceptance criteria, and writing acceptance tests.
- Coordinating with other product owners/managers to ensure integration points across functional domains.
- Leading and participating in agile ceremonies.
- FOLLOWING PROGRESS OF WORK AND ADDRESSING PRODUCTION ISSUES DURING SPRINTS.
- Analyzing preferences and requests of internal customers.
- Coordinating development services with external service providers.
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager or IT Product Owner.
- Experience in Project Management practices - Agile/Waterfall and knowledge of agile processes and principles.
- Very good communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to lead cross-functional development teams.
- Motivated to familiarize yourself with new topics.
- Smart mind and creative thinker.
- Genuine interest in the e-mobility industry.
- Prior experience with payment or invoicing processes is a plus.
