About the Role

You will join our dedicated in-house media team, responsible for delivering best-in-class media plans, engaging consumers with our iconic brands, and driving business results with our brand managers.

  • End-to-End Campaign Execution: Design, set up, implement, pace, optimize, and evaluate digital campaigns.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Analyze, track, and optimize campaigns to meet goals and improve performance.
  • Campaign Reporting: Present recaps and insights on impact and effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.
  • Platform Updates: Stay ahead of DSP and social media platform updates, bugs, and trainings, and raise issues or areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Technologists and Brand Managers to enable and deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.
  • Special Projects: Be the mastermind of special projects related to innovation and digital trial plans.

Job Qualifications

About You

  • Experience with digital campaigns' setup, optimization, and reporting in DSPs like The Trade Desk or DV360, social media, e-commerce, and/or search environments.
  • Preferably experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods companies.
  • Completed an apprenticeship and/or a study background in media or a related field.
  • Accountable, independent, organized, curious, dedicated, and analytical.
  • Fluent communication in English; German skills are a plus.
  • Experience with Adserving & Audit Tools management (Flash talking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) is a plus.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Package and ideally biddable digital platforms like Facebook Business Manager, TikTok for Business, Google search, and YouTube, Amazon search.
