Key Responsibilities

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
  • Taking orders, delivering food, and ensuring a seamless dining experience
  • Handling payments and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Setting up and maintaining the dining area, including tables, chairs, and outdoor seating
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and cleaning equipment
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including shutting off equipment and securing the premises
Requirements

We're looking for someone with a great attitude, previous experience in the gastronomy industry, and authorization to work in Germany. You should also be able to speak English and have a basic understanding of German (B1 level). Additionally, you should be willing to commit to working in Berlin for at least two years.
