Mina Holdings GmbH is a vibrant, Asian-inspired All-Day Fast Casual Eatery located in Berlin, Germany. We are committed to fostering a positive atmosphere and adhering to our "Good Earth" principles.

Our culinary offerings focus on three key areas: Baos, a Taiwanese-style sandwich that showcases the rich flavors of Asia; Greens, featuring a variety of preparations such as grilled, roasted, and cold dishes that highlight umami; and Soft Serve, our artisanal ice cream blends that are crafted without dairy, soy, or any additives/preservatives.

Key Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Welcoming customers and ensuring they feel at home
  • Taking and processing customer orders, serving food to tables or for takeout, and returning service items to the kitchen
  • Managing payment transactions
  • Ensuring all customer-facing areas of the restaurant are clean, organized, and ready for service. This includes:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs prior to service; maintaining a tidy dining environment
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors in the bar, dining area, corridors, and restrooms
  • Setting up outdoor seating arrangements
  • Wiping down bar surfaces and equipment
  • Keeping barware, glassware, and front-of-house utensils clean
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the espresso machine
  • Preparing the soft serve ice cream machine for flavor transitions
  • Cleaning and setting up the cold press juicer for service
  • Turning off all front-of-house equipment at the end of service hours (if applicable)
Qualifications

Do you meet these criteria?

  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Have prior experience in the gastronomy sector
  • Authorized to work in Germany
  • Reside in Berlin with a valid registration
  • Hold a "Rote Karte"
  • Proficient in English and at least B1 level in German
  • Intend to remain in Berlin for the next two years
