Job Summary

Mina Holdings GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and make them feel welcome
  • Take customer orders, deliver food orders, and return service ware to the kitchen
  • Handle and receive payment
  • Ensure all customer-facing components are set up, clean, and in working order
  • Maintain a clean dining room experience
  • Vacuum and mop floors in the bar, dining room, corridor, and guest WC areas
  • Set up outdoor seating
  • Wipe down bar area components
  • Maintain cleanliness of barware, glassware, and FOH cutlery
  • Clean and prepare the espresso machine
  • Clean and prepare the soft serve ice cream machine
  • Clean and prepare the cold press juicer
  • Shut off FOH equipment at end of service hours
Requirements
  • Great attitude
  • Previous experience in gastronomy
  • Authorized to work in Germany
  • Live in Berlin
  • Have a "Rote Karte"
  • Speak English and at least B1 level German
  • Plan to stay in Berlin for the next two years
