**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller (Finance Professional) to join our team at GRÄPER-Gruppe. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business planning and decision-making
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and other visualizations to communicate financial information to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial analysis or controller role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP and BI tools
