As a key member of Amazon's Customer Fulfillment team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and expanding our global reach. With a strong focus on emerging technology and innovative solutions, we strive to offer a wider and better product selection that is delivered quickly and affordably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Area Managers to drive business growth and improvement
• Manage operational teams, resolve issues, and enhance site performance through data-driven decision making
• Analyze shifts and implement measures to improve Operational Excellence, ensuring seamless execution of business processes
• Collaborate closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, and Health & Safety, to drive business outcomes
• Design and implement initiatives at all locations to enhance operational performance, driving business growth and customer satisfaction

A Day in the Life:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or logistics
• Proven leadership experience and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving business growth and improvement
• Advanced proficiency in English and German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in data analysis for business decisions, with a strong understanding of business operations and logistics
• Experience in production and supply chain areas, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean, Six-Sigma, and Kaizen methods, with a strong understanding of process improvement and efficiency
• Experience in a similar logistics environment, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail
