Our company, GRÄPER-Gruppe, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team in Ahlhorn.

About the Role:

  • Develop and create a comprehensive reporting system based on key performance indicators to drive business decisions.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy for reporting purposes.
  • Participate in operational and strategic planning processes, forecasts, and financial analysis to inform business growth.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports, identify deviations, and provide ad-hoc reports to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Work on project-specific tasks and ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives.
  • Create dashboards for monitoring purposes, providing real-time insights into business performance.
  • Manage specific areas within the controlling department, ensuring efficient operations and effective decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or a related field, such as Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience as a Financial Manager or Controller, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
  • Experience with accounting standards and consolidation, including IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Excellent analytical skills and affinity for numbers and data, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
