Logistics and Demand Coordination Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics and Demand Coordination Specialist to join our European Distribution Team in Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing logistics data, following up with third-party logistics providers, and supporting with IDOC management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze logistics data in Excel and SAP
  • Follow up with European third-party logistics providers on operational open topics and performance
  • Support with IDOC management
  • Create open order reports for export countries and ensure best possible service product availability with internal stakeholders and 3PL
  • Act as an interface between warehouses and customers

Requirements

  • Student in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration or Engineering at a German University or University of Applied Sciences
  • Structural, exact, and solution-oriented way of working and structural and committed communication
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • English fluent, further language such as German or Spanish nice to have
  • Good Excel and basic SAP (MM, SD) knowledge is an advantage
