We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at World Courier (Deutschland) GmbH. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and governmental agencies to ensure optimal logistics solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company and international regulations regarding shipments and customs requirements
  • React flexibly to deviations in shipments and develop creative solutions to resolve issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our logistics operations remain competitive
Requirements
  • Broad training in fields such as business administration, logistics, or operations
  • Experience in logistics operations, with a preference for air freight experience
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English and German
  • Ability to represent a positive and professional image
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills
  • Flexibility in working shifts, including some weekends and holidays
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
