SAP Procurement Internship Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and talented students to join our Partnering and Communications team within SAP's Global Procurement Organization (GPO).

About the Role

As an intern in this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the procurement business partners. This includes tasks such as meeting preparation, documentation management, reporting, survey feedback data review, and more.

You will also contribute to the development and execution of internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and knowledge sharing.

In addition, you will assist with content creation for internal communications, learning materials, and social media platforms, including articles, newsletters, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Communication Strategies: Assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to Branding and Design Initiatives: Support the maintenance of brand identity, assist with design tasks, and ensure consistency across various materials.
  • Content Creation: Help produce engaging content for internal communications, learning materials, and social media platforms, including articles, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Learning and Development Support: Aid in the organization and implementation of learning programs, including coordination, material preparation, and feedback collection.
  • Information Management Assistance: Support the upkeep of information management systems like SharePoint and MS Teams, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Project Management Support: Assist the Procurement Business Partners with administrative tasks such as meeting preparation, documentation management, reporting, survey feedback data review, and more.
About You

We are looking for undergraduate students in Marketing, Journalism, Visual Design, Business Management, IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related areas who are passionate about working in a dynamic environment.

PREFERRED FIELDS OF STUDY:

  • Communications, Learning & Development, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or related fields.

YOU SHOULD BE:

  • Undergraduate student in Marketing, Journalism, Visual Design, Business Management, IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related areas (from the 2nd semester or to be graduated in approximately 24 months)
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Fluent in English; Additional language skills are beneficial
