Job Title: SAP Human Resources iXp Intern

Location: Walldorf, Germany (hybrid work possible)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented student to join our Talent Attraction organization as an intern. As an intern, you will learn all stages of the candidate journey, from creating job openings to contract creation in a global company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify suitable candidates on social media and reach out to them.
  • Review incoming applications and conduct initial pre-selection interviews.
  • Assist with the application process by organizing selection days.
  • Propose ideas on how to attract the best talents.
  • Contribute to the preparation and implementation of events and workshops.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruiting, including managing job advertisements and handling travel expenses.

Requirements:

  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Strong interest in recruiting in an innovative technology company.
  • Hands-on mentality and reliability as a team player.
  • Good presentation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Creativity and passion for innovation.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
