Deine Rolle:

Als Business Analyst - Software (m/w/d) bei ITB-GmbH bist Du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams. Du analysierst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden, überprüfst die Machbarkeit und arbeitest gemeinsam mit anderen Abteilungen an der Umsetzung der Anforderungen.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Die Spezifizierung und Umwandlung von Kundenbedürfnissen in Anforderungen
  • Die Erstellung von Lasten- und Pflichtheften
  • Die Bewertung von Aufwandsschätzungen und Machbarkeit
  • Die Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung von Roadmaps
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
  • Optional: Der Kundenkontakt
Dein Profil:
  • Eine fachbezogene, abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik)
  • Zweijährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung als Analyst
  • Nice-to-have: Kenntnisse in der Software-Entwicklung oder Programmierung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Folgende Soft-Skills: Lösungsorientierung, Analytisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke
