We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to spearhead the setup and development of our international payroll operations. This role will be based at our Head Office in Sevenum and will report to the Associate Director Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a robust international payroll framework, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement improvements to our reporting structure, providing valuable insights and driving strategic decision-making.
• Lead the integration of payroll with Workday and other systems, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in our payroll operations.
• Take on an executive controlling role, ensuring financial and operational alignment with organizational goals.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You must have a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HRM/Finance) is preferred.
• Qualified Payroll Professional (PDL and VPS).
• Ability to take on an executive controlling task, ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence.
• Experience with cross-border workers and related social security and tax implications.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills, German and Dutch would be an advantage.
