About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our EMEA Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic marketing plans for new Brand and Mountain Stores in EMEA, supporting our vertical campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the concept development of the guest journey in new Brand and Mountain Stores in EMEA, from locally relevant brand elements development to production and installation management.
  • Implement and localize the brand and seasonal key initiatives, including windows, seasonal in-store elements, graphics, and product communication for new and existing stores within the EMEA retail fleet.
  • Develop and document in-store and window executions at EMEA retail stores, focusing on documentation, vendor briefs, and store communication.
  • Support the management of key external agencies, print vendors, and installer relationships, sourcing appropriate suppliers, negotiating prices, and sales terms.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Store Design teams, Brand Store teams, and global Retail Brand Marketing teams to ensure an integrated approach to RBM.
  • Support and develop graphic executions for new store & renovation construction hoarding.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Retail Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Design, or related field.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, cross-functional integrated marketing environment, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry.
  • Performance-focused individual with experience working from concept to completion, dealing with ambiguity, and working toward clarity, while maintaining high quality in outcomes and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Project Management expertise, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and prioritize.
  • Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across all levels, functions, geographies - internal and external.
  • Strong understanding of a multi-brand and retail landscape, cross-functional, vertically integrated organization, and of the EMEA market.
  • Knowledge of the sports apparel industry, ideally also of Arc'teryx.
  • Proficiency in English, German, and/or French is an asset.
