Your Role at ARC'TERYX: As the EMEA Retail Marketing Coordinator, you will oversee the seamless implementation of retail and brand experiences in new Brand and Mountain Stores across the EMEA region, aligning with our strategic campaigns and initiatives. Reporting to the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager – EMEA, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies for Arc'teryx New Store Openings. Driven by results and a passion for creating exceptional retail experiences, you will manage projects and tasks that align with our retail engagement objectives. Your attention to detail and enthusiasm for retail will be key in bringing our brand to life. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who can effectively support projects alongside cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors. With experience in vertical retail settings, the EMEA Retail Marketing Coordinator will assist in store programming and New Store Opening initiatives. This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work model. Meet Your Future Team: The EMEA Marketing team is a dedicated group of professionals with diverse international backgrounds. Our primary goal is to develop and implement consumer-focused regional and global strategies for the European markets while opening new Brand and Mountain Stores in key locations throughout the region. In addition to working closely with the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager – EMEA, you will collaborate with team members from Community, Experiences, Sports Marketing, and PR & Media teams in EMEA, as well as with Retail Brand Marketing teams at headquarters.

As the EMEA Retail Marketing Coordinator, your core responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the conceptualization of the customer journey in new Brand and Mountain Stores in EMEA, from developing locally relevant brand elements to overseeing production and installation, ensuring premium and consistent brand storytelling in line with current standards. Implementing and adapting brand and seasonal initiatives, including window displays, in-store elements, graphics, and product communication for both new and existing stores within the EMEA retail network. Creating and documenting in-store and window displays at EMEA retail locations, focusing on documentation, vendor briefs, and store communications. Managing relationships with key external agencies, print vendors, and installers, sourcing suitable suppliers, and negotiating pricing and terms. Collaborating with Visual Merchandising, Store Design teams, Brand Store teams, and global Retail Brand Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to retail brand marketing. Supporting the development of graphic materials for new store and renovation construction hoarding. Communicating specific regional asset needs to global brand teams. This role may require travel up to 30% of the time across the EMEA region.

Future projects you may engage in include:

Developing innovative retail concepts and brand elements for new Brand and Mountain Stores. Leading regional retail marketing initiatives to support new store openings in various EMEA markets. Creating scalable retail marketing programs for the regional store fleet.

Are you the next EMEA Retail Marketing Coordinator?

You possess 3+ years of experience in Retail Marketing and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Design, or a related field. You have demonstrated success in a fast-paced, cross-functional integrated marketing environment, thriving in a dynamic and competitive industry. You are results-oriented, capable of managing projects from concept to completion, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring high-quality outcomes with a strong sense of accountability. You have expertise in Project Management, including timeline management and budget oversight, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You excel at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing across various levels, functions, and geographies, both internally and externally. You possess a solid understanding of the multi-brand and retail landscape, as well as the EMEA market. You are always on the lookout for the latest trends and innovations in retail. You can communicate professionally in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus. You have knowledge of the sports apparel industry, ideally with familiarity with Arc'teryx.
