About the Role

We are seeking an HR Operations Advisor to join our HR Service Center EMEA team. As an HR Operations Advisor, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our European locations, including answering queries, processing HR transactions, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to our European locations, including answering queries and processing HR transactions.
  • Maintain HR records, including employee data and HR documents.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Escalate complex HR issues to senior HR staff as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
