Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Advisor to join our team at Persoplan Arbeitnehmerüberlassung GmbH. As an HR Operations Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various HR-related tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide HR support to employees, including answering questions, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR-related activities.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment law and labor law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
