Job Title: HR Operations Advisor

CSL Behring GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Operations Advisor to join our team in Marburg. As an HR Operations Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Manager of Employee Experience and Services and will be the first point of contact for all Human Resources routine processes for selected European countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process steps within the HRIS system Workday
  • Create necessary HR documents for our companies in Germany and Switzerland
  • Work closely with team members from other HR departments
  • Answer inquiries and provide support for all Human Resources routine processes
  • Forward complex inquiries to Centers of Expertise or HR Business Partners
  • Evaluate and document all inquiries in our Case Management System (ServiceNow)
  • Enter, review, and complete Workday processes, ensuring daily correct approval of personnel measures in the system
  • Perform functionality tests in Workday, such as during process adjustments
  • Create employee-relevant documents in German and English, as specified (e.g., employment contracts, contract amendments, termination agreements, certificates, and attestations)
  • Clarify discrepancies or inconsistencies with Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partners, etc.
  • Store employee-relevant documents, both physically and electronically
  • Maintain the return of documents
  • Update HR forms
  • Create and update presentations in German and English, as specified
  • Evaluate and maintain data in SAP
  • Create and maintain HR process descriptions
  • Participate in local and global projects
Requirements:
  • Completed 3-year commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk
  • 1-3 years of experience in personnel management or in a shared service center
  • Good English skills, additional foreign languages are advantageous
  • Deep system knowledge (SAP/Workday/ServiceNow)
  • Business training in labor law
