This is an exciting opportunity to join our Emerging Corporates Team as a Customer Success Manager, where you will play a critical role in driving customer value and growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international customers in the Mid Market segment, providing exceptional customer experience, and identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth of our customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform customer success strategies and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue upsell opportunities and develop strategic plans for customer expansion.
- Act as a voice of the customer, providing feedback and insights to inform product development and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of driving customer success, adoption, and retention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
