About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Move Concierge Team Lead at Remote Team Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our customer success efforts and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Success: Demonstrate passion for teaching and providing training, motivation, and coaching to help others learn and develop.
  • Training and Development: Provide, monitor, and track training and performance of team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to deliver high-quality training content.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate, prepare, and deliver employee performance evaluations, staying current on sales training best practices.
  • Coaching and Development: Develop and execute one-on-one and group coaching and role-play sessions to develop skills and drive productivity improvement.
  • Policy Enforcement: Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service-sales teams leading experience.
  • Language Skills: Great English level, with fluent speaking.
  • Visa and Passport: Valid visa and passport required.
  • Availability: Shift and commute availability to the office is required.
  • Tech Savvy: Tech-savvy with ease to use computer and learn new systems.
  • Soft Skills: Positive attitude, confidence in yourself, and humbleness.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platform.
