Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Exportsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) für unsere Export-Abteilung in Kronberg. Als Teil unseres Vertriebsteams werden Sie sich um die Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen für unsere länder- und kundenspezifischen Auslandsgeschäfte kümmern.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Regularien
  • Reklamationsaufnahme und -bearbeitung
  • Planung und Abwicklung von weltweiten Transportsendungen und Prüfung von Frachtrechnungen
  • Vollständige Versandabwicklung inklusive ATLAS-Verfahren und Sanktionsprüfungen
  • Erstellung aller benötigten Zoll- und Exportdokumente sowie Intrastat-Meldungen
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung diverser Reports, Statistiken und Auswertungen
Voraussetzungen:
  • Erfahrung in der Zoll- und Exportabwicklung
  • Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit einem ERP-System (idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
