Job Description

AIRTEC Pneumatic GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Export Specialist to join our team in Kronberg. As an Export Specialist, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of international trade operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute export transactions, including customs clearance and documentation
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of export shipments, including tracking and tracing
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize export operations and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in export regulations and laws, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Fluency in German and English
