Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at AIRTEC Pneumatic GmbH. As an Export Specialist, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of export activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute export activities, including the preparation and submission of export documents, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including export control regulations and customs regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth export operations.
  • Monitor and analyze export data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of export activities with other business functions.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of export regulations and laws, including export control regulations and customs regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, with experience in export documentation and customs clearance.
