Job Description

ATCP Management GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Technical Property Management Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of our commercial properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and operated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the technical property management team to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the technical performance of our properties, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and operated efficiently.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in technical property management, preferably in a commercial property setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, including building services, mechanical and electrical systems, and facilities management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
