About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Lead Asset Creation to oversee and direct the creation of graphic and video production. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and experience with standard project management tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, and product management departments
  • Lead the creation of graphic and video production assets
  • Manage and direct a team of asset creation professionals
  • Develop and implement project management strategies
  • Foster a dynamic and inspiring work environment
Requirements
  • At least 6-8 years of professional experience in video and/or graphic creation
  • Deep understanding and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with standard project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, MS Office)
  • Familiarity with game engines and previous experience in the game industry is desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
