Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine erfahrene Team Assistant Property Management für unser Property Management Team.
Deine Chancen, an denen du wächst:- Unterstützung des Property Management Teams in allen administrativen und operativen Aufgaben
- Allgemeine Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit externen Dienstleistern und Kunden
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen von Kunden und Dienstleistern
- Auslösung von Bestellungen und Angeboten
- Erstellung von Protokollen, Berichten und Präsentationen
- Prüfung, Vorkontierung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen
- Erstellung von Kundenabrechnungen
- Pflege und Qualitätssicherung der Datenbanken sowie Rechnungs- und Auftragsabwicklung
- Koordination von Terminen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder serviceorientierte Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Immobilienbereich, gerne aber auch Quereinsteiger (z.B. Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Hotelfachmann/Hotelfachfrau)
- Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Immobilienbranche
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Immobilienverwaltungsprogrammen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
